I developed severe dry eye suddenly a couple of years ago. The doctor sent me home with a variety of drops that did not help. I also tried the warm compress which provided no relief whatsoever. I then came across an article during my research about vitamin D deficiency and dry eye. I found that interesting as I spend a great deal of time inside and do not get much vitamin D from my diet. I started using a recipe rich in vitamin D that I learned from 4 ingredient miracle and my symptoms improved significantly within a week.

Losing the vision and living alone have been challenging but I am coping relatively well. This is something I never expected in my early 50s, but I am not going to let it stop me. Thank you for helping so much!

Very interesting. When I changed my diet after a mild heart attack, my annual eye exams continuously showed improvement requiring a new script. Kiddingly, I told my ophthalmologist that it must be the carrots, and he said it was more likely the spinach. Thanks for this great information!

I don’t know, it seems too good to be true. What if I buy it and it doesn’t work? I don’t want to waste my money.

I thought the same thing before buying, but I decided to give it a try. The recipes are simple, and the results were amazing! In just a few weeks, I noticed a difference in my vision. Plus, there’s a guarantee. If you don’t like it, you can ask for a refund. It’s a risk-free investment!”

Exactly! I had my doubts too, but the eBook is really well-explained and full of practical tips. On top of that, it costs much less than consultations or expensive treatments. It was worth every penny!

Hmm… well, I think I’ll give it a shot then. I hope it works for me too!

Thanks for the tips on relieving dry eye, Doctor. My husband recently got cataract surgery, his second eye is at least a month out of surgery. His eyes bother him so much, both of them–feeling like there’s something in them. He saw our eye doctor last week who said everything looks good. He recommended the preservative free drops and warm compresses. I didn’t know about the other options for relief that he can try. Thanks again.

have had dry eye issues, specifically recurrent cornea abrasions, for the last 4 years. I have tried EVERYTHING.: bandage contac lenses (3x), all brands of eye drops, humidifier, Bruder mask 3x a day followed by massage, ointment nightly, autologous serum, fish oil supplements, three one-touch treatments to express the glands, three IPL treatments, and four keretectomies! Finally, I found something that helps. So simple, and after all I’ve had to endure for the last 4 years!

I don’t know, I think this might be a trap… what if I spend money and it doesn’t work?

I used to think the same way! I didn’t believe something so simple could work. But I decided to give it a try, and let me tell you: it was the best decision. My vision improved surprisingly in a short time. It’s not magic; it’s about taking better care of yourself.

I have Wet AMD in both eyes. My job has me working on screens 10 hours or more a day. I don’t drive any longer if I have any errands to run farther than 10 minutes from my house. I do have distorted vision and I can’t recognize faces readily anymore when people are walking toward me. I am also an artist so this has been terrifying for me but I am adapting well. The upside is that I have been predominately on the diet for many months and this is giving impressive results.

Thank you for this, because I was never told by my eye drs or specialists to Eat the leafy greens–they push the pills instead of healthy diets. Thank you for your honesty. I love my leafy greens & control my health by diet thankfully
